A symmetry at 30 degrees and 90 degrees is consistent with te poster lateral corner and pc l injury. External rotation, recerbatum is positive when the lower leg falls into external rotation in a supine patient. Approximately 25 % of patients have perennial nerve dis function the setting of a postero lateral corner injury. A long leg standing radiograph is necessary to determine the anical axis,. An amari should be done to look for injury to the lateral collateral ligament, poplitis and bisub tendon.
