Rachel Eta-Poyer: It's going to be a battle. We know that money talks and it talks really loudly. The richest countries actually lose the most in absolute terms from illicit financial flows, even though it doesn't have as great impact as it does in African countries. There is also pressure coming from those home countries to change the way they are doing their business because there is growing inequality.
