Chattel Slavery

Nearly 75% of white households own their homes, compared to forty % of black households. The d o j has announced that it's going to be tackling this problem with a new initiative called the combating red lining initiative. But i think one of the biggest missing is how chattel slavery contributed to income inequality in America.
