The Apple Store in Singapore is rocking and rolling, right? Just completely packed. But you know, if you go to any mall these days, you'll see somewhere in the corner of the mall is the empty Microsoft store that looks like a cheap knockoff of the Apple Store. And it sparks a thought for me, which is, I don't know if we'll end here, but I'll use the Lexus story as a bit of a bookend because we talked about Rich Carlton and Lexus early on. If they took the approach of copying and imitating, it was a recipe for failure.
