The Value of the S&P 500
There are money markets out there that can offer you very safe for 5 and 1.5% returns, right? They can offer you income. So it's not necessarily a capital return, but it is something that these are rates we haven't seen in decades. The fact that we're trading above the 10 and 15 year average on the S&P doesn't exactly give me warm and fuzzy feelings about this being a good entry point. It doesn't seem like a great time to be putting new money to work.
