The Workplace and Psychosocial Hazards in the Workplace

I just think we've seen changes in society, not that it didn't exist before. People had what we're now calling psychosocial issues. You know, used to be called more along the lines of mental issues. But it's not just mental, you know, mental to me is just what happens in the mind. Within a workplace, you have a lot going on stresses, even interactions between employees where they're not treating each other as well as they're right,. Things like that can, again, manifest itself in psychosocial hazards and risks That could lead to illnesses, injuries, and in business terms lack of production and effects on the bottom line.
