I'm curious when you talk to clients about this, do you have a specific like a questionnaire, like a strategy questionnaire that they go through? Do you do it on a call? Cause I found with clients they would go through a questionnaire and it was terrible. And then I learned to just start recording those calls because they would give me like the best answers summed up often on a call. Whereas on the, on the questionnaire is either like half of a sentence or a small book. So yeah, how does that work for you guys? What have you seen work best?
