You Don't Have to Be Perfect in CrossFit
I'm becoming more selfish every day with my health trying to be at least you know I'm not perfect I still have like nobody is and I think yeah I think that's an important thing to talk about though because it is this notion of perfection or like holding on to this idea of perfection that I think prevents a lot of people from moving forward. You don't have to do it perfect just start like if all you did was have a green juice every day and that's all you did that would change your life right now so let go of being perfect.
