The Importance of Consistency in Deconditioning
I feel, I honestly feel like deconditioning for me, my experience is having the opportunity to slow down, to witness your patterns and then to make the choice in changing the patterns. The way that I did that was through yoga. With that, it was breath and movement and drishti. It was very important for me to release all of the traumas that I had in my body that I had not spoke about because I have a lot of activation to my throat that I did not speak.
