Black Teachers Aren't Just Good for Black Students
There are these issues with black teachers from coast to coast. When you're the only one in a school it can be a burden that's too much to bear and so what we need to do is expand the pool of our black teachers. Of all black teachers in America come from our HBCUs, why not pour into those schools even more into the schools of education tell them that hey you can get an education but it's the best job in the world.
