The Implications of the Comstock Act on Abortion
A recent court ruling attempting to limit abortion through criminalizing and blocking access to the abortion drug Miffapristone. The case could open the door to essentially a federal abortion ban by leveraging this 1873 federal anti-absinity law called the Comstock Act, which we're also going to spend a lot of time talking about today.
