Matt Welch: One of the things that you're so good at is taking technology, which is intimidating for some overwhelming for some and really making people feel like they can get a grip on it. And now with AI, you've done the same thing through this book. He says there are little first steps that we can take that will allow us to really quickly start to save ourselves time and start to incorporate it in instruction. The analogy I keep using is that once we start to get a feel for what they do or what they're going to do, all those other ships go up into the harbor.
