When the Walls Came Tumbling Down

The building used to be surrounded by 10 foot walls because the patients weren't medicated. The ones that there were that had mental illnesses or intellectual disabilities, obviously they weren'tmedicated at all. And people like would say to me, oh, I remember when you'd hear them screaming. You could hear them screaming beyond the walls. It's still an operating psychiatric unit.
