Coaching is about looking for opportunities to celebrate your team mates when they succeed. The other thing that i phrase, that i love is, think like a pro and play like a kid. To me, the best performers in the world play as if theyw're a kid, but they're still thinking the game with all the knowledge and experience that they have. And so the combination of those two things can be really, really powerful.
