Managing Expectations
I feel like a lot of that comes with the whole managing expectations thing, were it's easy to have hard conversations if, like, expectations have been managed appropriately. And i think what's hard, and i wouldn't even say this is specific to the dirt world, but i would say that in lot of work where it requires people to just like, produce that probably plenty of people thrown out there like, hay, this is what your responsibility is her. You need be doing that without like, understandingof the context or like, why we're all agreeing to do it these ways. I mean, ta, what i'm thinking about as you're talking is, yo, mentioning about standards
