Elon Musk and Twitter - What's Next for the M&A?
Twitter should open any minute now one would expect it will open prior to the close at about 25 minutes from now Sarah so we are watching that in fact. Stock is expected to gap up not quite 54 20 but probably not far from it. Elon Musk has to sign a solvency certificate essentially it says based on the new capital structure on proposing for Twitter. Morgan Stanley moves ahead with the debt financing.
