Joe Biden and the IRS Whistleblower

The IRS whistleblower claiming that Marigarlin turned down David Weiss's request to be appointed a special prosecutor. Joe Biden was simultaneously canceling the Keystone XL pipeline and giving Vladimir Putin a waiver does that explain that decision? Does it explain why China gets a pass for a spy balloon you know traveling all across the continental US and over the skies of Alaska? The question becomes what did Joe know and when did Joe know it then the question becomes well how compromised is the Biden family.
