The Importance of Context Switching
I think one of the things that. I speak from the perspective of not a mom, right? Like I don't have children in my life, but I think it's also about how much context did you need to switch because you're working on something, you're in deep work. And then I don't know, you get distracted by something else, whether it's a child or a different client or a different problem. So I'd make sure that I spend an hour with that my day at nope, I don't focus on them and that's helped a lot. But it applies to children as well.
