I'm not clear that the president has the executive authority simply to erase tariffs any more than i think president trump had the executive authority to increase them ilaterally. I think both would be an abuse of the executive power it's the congress that approofs taxes. But if the sult of that agreement, a, were tariff cuts and new rules regulating a export restrictions, and that could well require congressional action,. as i think you know.
