How to Clean and Organize Data for AI

How much data is needed for this AI model or solution to train and to get to value? And how many audio samples from my other customers who are giving orders, should I provide to the system as part of the initial training? Where do I put this data? You know, do you have to hire those people who are willing to give those orders in a setup type of a setup. In some cases, the companies may have all the data that they need. It may just be a matter of cleaning it. Cleaning, organizing and analyzing data is a huge part of getting data ready for AI.
