There's strong evidence that in gendr identity clinics, a large percentage of the impatients or the patients, are same sex attracted. But theyre interpreting their same sex attraction as meaning they're in the wrong body. So there's complex issues around gendedisphoria in children. And we've got to remember that if they take a medical route, the effects are irreversible and can't be taken back.
