The Ukraine NATO Summit: Is It Going to Happen?

Ukrainian President Zelensky said he would only go to the summit if there was going to be some concrete steps to Ukrainian membership of NATO. But it now looks clear there will be no concrete steps at Vilnius to Ukrainian Membership of NATO. The question is about the scale of what is going to happen, Mr Putin says.
