The Allocation of Blame on an Airplane
When I get on an airplane, I make an assumption that a mechanic knows what he's doing. It has to do with my working assumption in a belief that consumers are not idiots. If you cross the street when it says don't walk and you get run over by someone who is texting, what is your allocation of blame for crossing the street? When you go skydiving, the forms that you sign,. they are signing that you are taking full legal responsibility for anything that could go wrong because skydiving is very dangerous. You die while skydiving and you sue everybody, your family does. And what happens? What about when you go bungee jumping?"
