The Consistency of the NBA

The NBA did not take into account that when they made that message, right? Basically they were doing like a catch all and said, we don't want anyone to just say, no, I don't want to go like that. So what I am attacking here is the NBA's, basically their consistency because Anthony Davis, right? Again, I know he didn't have like, what's the point? What do you have left when he got traded a year and a half on this contract? The problem is the same thing, it's a player saying I only want to go to this particular team. And he does that while he's on a contract for another team with another team.
