Should the Fed Rake the Inflation Target to Three or Four?

Every five years, the Fed does this Fed listens to and this framework review. Every other central bank has that except for the Federal Reserve. That's their biggest blind spot. It's not going to happen anytime soon if it does at all. If they come out then in a period of stress and say, okay, now that our our two percent goal is hard to achieve, we'll just randomly change it to another number? Then there's no credibility for that.
