Steve Moore, an economist who has worked with the Trump administration, says he's not a big believer that $100 billion of federal money is the solution to natural disasters. West coast states like Washington, Oregon are paying about $150 a gallon more gasoline and their utility costs for their electric power almost doubled. Green energy policies have invested so much money in green energy it's incredibly inefficient and it's not reliable," said Moore. "I don't need this."
