The Fed's Negative Action on China Export Debt

A week ago Friday, we had a bad-minute gainers in the market for every one decline-ner. So yeah, the market's giving a different signal. People will not be able to just buy the S&P at 20 times earnings and make money. That said, I do think that Wall Street is counting on interest rates coming down.
