AI Will Fix Systemic Racism
You can have AI do all of your hiring. And you just say you are not allowed to consider race. You must only look at qualifications. Goodbye systemic racism. How about AI gives you a mortgage? It doesn't know if you're white or black and it's not allowed to know. Same with you saw the big scandal about allegedly home-zoned by black Americans or getting lower evaluations. To me that looks pretty racist. I mean it could be something else but I kind of doubt it.
