Palo Alto is looking at improving its transformers, but again, they're on a wait list. Palo Alto can't hire skilled lines people to work in Silicon Valley because it's pretty bloody expensive. The utility company really doesn't like that and so they have to be involved. And you need to have a lot of EVs to send a power back onto the grid. But there's a lot of engineering that is required and there's a much management time.
