How to Retarget a Character in Mocap

The retargeting would have to be one to one to my own height, arm length, etc. And I'm not sure even how you could solve it, because whereas my shoulder would allow me to lean over and rest on this ledge effectively, the proportions of the character would make that extremely hard for that character to do. We wanted to start with easy and very simple drag and drop, because I personally wanted to solve that problem in a 3D softwares system which was really hard to learn.
