The Lone's Attention Is on Something Else

I just saw vidioan on tube of a gazelle was basically playing dead while the lion was kind of fiddling around with it. And then when a hyena came along, and the lion turned its attention to the hyena, the gazelle jumped up and ran away. It does seem that requires some kind of theory of mind in order to track the gaze of the lion and figure out what a lion would intend in the circumstances. But i think as a probably most mammals, maybe many species of birds, possibly even some species of reptiles have at least simple rudiments of this model base way of modelling attention.
