Is COVID a Cultural Shift?
The last two shifts we just hired in an ear are neither of them are Irish. One is American, he managed to get a visa because he's under 30. Another person is a French student. So like predominantly the people who are entering hospitality now are not Irish. And maybe that is a cultural shift. No more than most of the shops we go into now, we don't see Irish people behind the tails. That's not a comment on this was national makeup. It's just the way things happen.
