Police were responding to a domestic dispute call from jacob blake's girl friend. Both deplored their tasers, but they were unsuccessful. Blake appears to lean into the driver's side of the car, and officer rustin shasky opens fire. The shooting also happened several months after the death of george floyd in minneapolis.
