The Future of Housing in London
There's more housing allocated in outer London than in London over the time frame of that sort of London plan. We're going to see a lot more adaptive reuse of existing structures so it's now no longer the default assumption that you're going in demolish what's there. Another way that buildings can come to terms with a shortfall in land availability in dense urban areas such as we're working in London is to start to adapt to water spaces.
