The Tweaker It Phase Is a Good Idea

At Spotify, we try to form teams that represent all these functions in the think it phase. So an engineer might actually be sitting across the table from a user talking through their problems with them. And then finally the tweak it phase is really about learning from how the product is reacting in the market. We don't try to fill the pipeline with like grains of sand tiny iterations that don't really move the needle. The way we think about think it phases is really putting together the right team with the right tools.
