Carlos Beltran got elected to the Hall of Fame on his fourth attempt. Alex Rodriguez is still on the outside looking in after 5 attempts with only 40% of the ballots in the last election. 

Carlos Beltran had to resign as manager of the Mets because of his involvement in the Astros cheating scandal of 2017. A-Rod was suspended in 2014 for PEDs. 

But for some reason Beltran's cheating is ok but A-Rod's is not.
