How to Execute a Bag Procedure

Dr. Bream: I use the how you're an absorbable suture T-fasteners. This is something that in my career has absolutely changed this procedure for anybody that does a push technique. The Brown Mueller was nice in that it came preloaded in a needle and then you popped the T-fastener out. But patients would get lost a follow-up and they would show up six months later with this abscessed T- fastener still in their skin.
