When Machines Become Customers Ready or Not

Don Garnagroup analyst Steve Kuchins has written a book about when machines become customers. He says he was inspired to write the book seven years ago after giving a TED like talk at his company's annual gartner conference in Orlando. The idea for the book evolved over time and is now being co-authored by more than two dozen analysts around the world, according to Kuchins.
