Is Perceived Management Commitment Correlation With Safety?
One climate indicator that which was this idea of perceived management commitment. And it was shown to have the most robust association with injuries. So i suppose, depending on whether i think my management wants me to work safely, or is ok with me working unsafely, then that's probably going to ae the way that that first step happens. But there are lots of ways other than worker behavior through which management commitment can translate into improved safety.
