I think women in particular but everyone struggle with the vulnerability and sort of the lack of of concern about what other people think. We get a little bit worried about people that are around us in their opinion so what's your method for dealing with that? Why not think naturally you know society kind of makes us a little bit we're hesitant to be our self-spool force because you're putting yourself up for scrutiny. I'm trying to achieve a better life for myself for anyone to step in and have a negative opinion about that for me shows that that person is not having my best interests at heart.
