Nitalia novakovska, professor of european history at the university of oxford. She's published widely on the yagilonians and central europe in the middle ages. The dynasty itself has a very complex religious history, from pagan to catholic. In the reformation, they split a lot. And it's a dynasty which is elective, am which is a sort of moving from a clan like structure to a west an donastic structure.
