Soi actually so my first property was actually a property that i saw in zilla by myself. I asked my company to make an offer and bought my first house that was non turnkey. While i was on a waiting list for other turnkeys, i was scared because tat was out of state,. So how do you le them go about? You just got to get a straw and suck it up. And the real estate investing side of the money portion, like getting loans, is a totally different, it's totally separate.
