Hi there, and welcome back to another episode.

Today’s episode is a really personal one.

It started with a moment I didn’t expect. One that was emotional, beautiful, and deeply reflective all at once.

It happened this morning as I said goodbye to my son - heading off on his very first solo business trip. And in that moment, I found myself reflecting not just on his journey, but on my own.

I realised I was witnessing something powerful. The result of years of dreaming, trusting, and continuing even when I wasn’t sure.

So in today’s episode, I want to share that reflection with you. Because what came up for me is something I have seen over and over again, both in my own life and through coaching women around the world.
