It's a dramatically different approach, using competition, using available technology and information, but really putting the doctor and patient back in control of their health care decisions that they make. The democrats want an archaic, paternalistic, patriarchal system where some bureaucrat is controlling your health care decisions. And the republicans want to use technoloy, state of the art advances and health care in order to help empower you to have better health.
