If you don't schedule your time, others will schedule it for you. Just because you aren't actively working doesn't mean that you're available. The enemy of peace is other people's expectations of you. Tell people to F themselves if you have to. They do not get a say in who you are or how you spend your time. Anything worth starting is worth finishing.
