I think some of it would say it's nice to have a head start. However, we all have to learn from somebody. So if you can move down the path as long as you understand what's going on, that's how we all learn. I love that point, and it's really about mentorship at the firms where I work. It starts with the junior trader mimicking the trading of the more senior trader.
