Australian Navy Submarines

The first Australian submarines could not be built until 2040 at the earliest. The deal will need a lot of follow through and it's going to require goodwill, frankly, amongst all partners. I hope that there is a lot of goodwill in Britain towards Australia. Any conflict between the United States and China, say over Taiwan, will not be a 20th century style naval battle.
