Anselinger's Xenophobic and Racist Tactics About Marijuana

Many of Anselinger's ardent supporters would conceivably remember these opium dens being painted as threats to white women. Perhaps we can draw some insight from a tactic Anselinger often used when citing the need for marijuana prohibition. He would read or brandish letters from US citizens, the Champion the Temperance Movement. But what's interesting about the letters cited is that none of them mentioned Mexicans specifically.
