For puberty, a girl's hair is not a functioning genital and does not differ from a boy's hair. After puberty, however, according to the medical science of the day, Turtullian draws an analogy between pre-pubescent children and Adam and Eve who were naked before they became aware of genital differentiation. Paul states that long hollow hair on a woman's head is her glory because it enhances her female fuses,. which is to draw in and retain semen since female hair is part of the female genitalia. So again, hey, if you can't figure out whether this is proper or not, a woman to leave her hair uncovered when praying, then you've got a problem
