The Governor's Refusal to Remove Mentally Disturbed Persons From the Subway System

Bryant: "I do want to acknowledge how horrific it was to view a video of Jordan Nealey being killed for being a passenger on our subway trains" He says the governor, who is responsible for the subway system, doesn't realize he's been living in the subway and that there are other emotionally disturbed persons who live there. Bryant: "It took 15 years to have 27 people die before 2019, 15 years. And now we got 27 dead by 2020."
